Letter Zap Annoyance.

I love this game but please explain to me why a word can be in one game and not in another one. I just tried to play a 3 letter word that should have been there. I played the same word with an S (making it plural) and it was fine, but the 3 letter word wasnt "in the word bank". Really!? Its just so annoying.
